A huge thank you to everyone who came to support The Ghost Train - it was another Mitre triumph and definitely one to celebrate! It was also wonderful to see so many people buying their tickets before the last minute - we know it can be difficult for people to plan in advance these days but every seat sold in advance lowers our Treasurer’s blood pressure a little bit more so please keep that in mind when it comes to future shows (see below!)
As always, a massive thank you to our technical team who transformed the Clubhouse into a rural train station with lots of little extra bits to add to the eeriness of the production. We really couldn’t do what we do without you and it’s right that we take the time to celebrate your skill and the effort you put in to every show we do. Thank you.
A huge congratulations to Ros for bringing her directorial skills to the table for us for the first time, and for putting together an excellent production full of twists and turns, with Mitres old and new working together brilliantly. A big thank you as well to Marcus for stepping in to resolve a last-minute cast change and to the rest of the cast for supporting him in that final week!
