As we fast approach November and our revised dinner date, it is now time to start getting excited about our Annual Dinner 2024! Ladies, get out those glamorous frocks and gentlemen, try and squeeze into your lounge suits (optional).
We are returning to the Surrey National Golf Club, Rook Lane, Chaldon, CR3 5AA on Saturday 23rd November (7.00pm for 7.30pm).
This is our opportunity to remember the triumphs and disasters from the productions and social events of the past year. If you have any memories you would like included please let Anna or Julia know as soon as possible.
Ian Brown will be proposing the health of The Mitre Players. He has been a member since Sir Merryman and has been in countless shows since, known for his big smile and infectious laughter. Additionally he was on the committee for a number of years and is a Vice President. We are sure he will provide us with an entertaining and witty speech.
The cost of this highly anticipated occasion is £37 per person if you are a full Member (plus partner) and £40 if you are a Friend of the Mitre Players or a guest. We do appreciate that as Christmas approaches, finances can be a little tight so please contact Anna if you wish to pay in instalments. Please pay by BACS as indicated on the form overleaf or attached.
Please note that this event is restricted to those aged 16 or over, and that anyone aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
If you have already paid for the original date of 20th April, there is no need to make any further payment but you do need to submit your dinner choices again (on the form overleaf or attached) as the menu has been slightly amended.
Please reply by Friday 1st November 2024 at the latest by using the forms to the right.
